Rosemary Opus

The Rosemary lodge is already anideal choice for families and this “Opus” variation adds a package of valuable features: velux roof windows in the living area, LCD flat screen tv and dvd, leather sofas and all main kitchen appliances. The fittings and furnishings are top quality and the overall effect is one of easy luxurious living.

The Rosemary Opus has a light and airy living area creating a relaxed mood. Patio doors lead from the lounge at one end whilst the well-equipped and spacious kitchen is at the other. A panoramic bay with full-height windows adds light and space to the dining area. The master bedroom has a stylish shower room en-suite and the good-sized twin bedroom is next door to the family bathroom.

The standard Rosemary Opus sizes range from 35’x20’ to 41’x20’ although other sizes up to 60’x20’ are available on request. This design flexibility means customers can choose the layout that suits them best. For example, a study/third bedroom can be incorporated, or a full width sun lounge, with or without an integral spa suite, or the space can become an extended living area.
